What to Bring

Tips for Your First Class

Don’t be surprised if you discover muscles you didn’t know you had. It’s common to feel sore after your first few classes as your body adapts to the Lagree Method. Stay hydrated, prioritize recovery, and keep showing up. Consistency is where progress happens.

Muscles you didn't know you had.

The Method

01 / 04

Absolutely. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether it's your first workout or you're an experienced athlete, our instructors will guide you through each movement and provide modifications whenever needed.
The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on the Megaformer. It combines strength training, muscular endurance, balance, flexibility, core stability, and cardio into one efficient, full-body workout.
The Megaformer is the equipment used in every Lagree class. Its unique spring-based resistance allows for slow, controlled movements that challenge your muscles while remaining gentle on your joints.
For best results, we recommend attending 2–4 classes per week, depending on your fitness goals, recovery, and schedule.

Class Experience

02 / 04

No. Humbl offers both heated and non-heated Lagree classes, allowing you to choose the experience that's right for you. Heated classes will be clearly identified on the class schedule.
Our heated classes are typically between 85–95°F. The temperature may vary slightly depending on the class format.
It's very common to experience muscle soreness after your first few classes. The Lagree Method challenges your muscles in a unique way, and soreness is a normal part of the process as your body adapts.
