Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) apply to the SMS and text messaging program operated by Humbl Lagree Studio LLC, also known as Humbl Lagree (“Humbl Lagree,” “Humbl,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from Humbl Lagree, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
1. Mobile Messaging Program
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to Humbl Lagree’s SMS messaging program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Humbl Lagree at the mobile number you provided.
Messages may include, but are not limited to:
Class and schedule updates
Booking or appointment reminders
Studio announcements
Waitlist updates
Membership information
Special offers and promotions
Events
New classes or services
Other marketing or informational messages related to Humbl Lagree
Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods, memberships, classes, or services from Humbl Lagree.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Humbl Lagree, your bookings, promotions, and other studio activity.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.
Humbl Lagree does not charge you separately for sending or receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier may apply standard messaging or data charges.
4. Opting Out
You may cancel or opt out of the Humbl Lagree SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from Humbl Lagree unless you later opt in again.
You may also use other opt-out methods provided in our messages where available.

6. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program may be available through participating mobile carriers.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission of messages by your wireless carrier and network provider.
7. Mobile Number Changes
If you change, transfer, deactivate, or discontinue the mobile telephone number that you used to subscribe to our SMS program, you agree to opt out before discontinuing use of that number where reasonably possible.
You are responsible for providing Humbl Lagree with an accurate and current mobile telephone number.
8. Privacy
Your participation in the Humbl Lagree SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We use information collected through our messaging program to operate and provide our SMS services, communicate with you, manage your preferences, provide customer support, and send messages you have consented to receive.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in information or consent status with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing our messaging services.
We may share information with service providers that assist us in operating our messaging program, including messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, technology providers, and other vendors involved in delivering text messages.

9. Changes to the Mobile Program
Humbl Lagree may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or any of its features at any time.
We may also update these Mobile Terms periodically. Changes will become effective when the updated Mobile Terms are posted to our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your continued participation in the SMS program following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
10. Eligibility and Responsibility
By enrolling in our SMS program, you represent that you are authorized to use the mobile telephone number you provide and to consent to receiving text messages at that number.
You agree not to provide a telephone number belonging to another person without authorization.
11. No Guarantee of Delivery
Humbl Lagree and its service providers are not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected messages caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including telecommunications network or carrier issues.
